This low-fat margarine is intended for the production of puff yeast and yeast-free dough. It allows to get the baked products with excellent volume and well-defined, easily separable thin layers. The margarine has good plasticity, requires minimal flour dusting while rolling, does not leak while proofing of yeast-based products, and maintains plasticity after cooling between the rolling stages.
