This high-fat margarine is designed for the production of classic puff pastry products such as croissants, samsa, and frozen semi-finished goods made from both yeast and yeast-free puff pastry. It allows to get the baked products with excellent volume and well-defined, easily separable thin layers. The margarine has good plasticity, requires minimal flour dusting while rolling, does not leak while proofing of yeast-based products, and maintains plasticity after cooling between the rolling stages.
