Eurasian Milk launches a new high-tech dairy plant in North Kazakhstan Region

One of the country’s largest food industry investment projects has been completed in Petropavlovsk, where the first phase of the new Eurasian Milk dairy plant is now up and running.

This large-scale project is of national importance, with the capacity to supply products across the country. The plant ranks among the most technologically advanced dairy facilities in Kazakhstan: all production lines were supplied by leading European manufacturers, and this level of equipment is unmatched in the country. Across the EAEU, only a select few facilities come close.

The plant is equipped with milk intake and processing lines capable of handling up to 350 tons per day, as well as production facilities for semi-hard, hard, and soft cheeses, butter, condensed milk, fermented dairy products, and products packaged in ultra-clean cartons.

The project was completed in record time, in less than three years. Investment in the first phase totaled around USD 80 million, making it a major contribution not only to the company’s growth, but also to the regional economy as a whole. Eurasian Milk will help strengthen the market position of domestically produced dairy products, reduce reliance on imports, and expand Kazakhstan’s export potential.
