Eurasian Foods Corporation

General information and history 
Eurasian Foods Corporation, formerly known as the Almaty Margarine Plant, was commissioned in 1962. Today, it is one of the largest and most significant food industry enterprises in Kazakhstan and Central Asia.

Production capacities 
The enterprise has powerful production facilities enabling the manufacture of up to 132 thousand tons of finished products per year, 107 thousand tons of which are sauce products. The total area of the enterprise is 4.21 hectares, including 0.916 hectares of production areas.

Production processes 
The plant has a full production cycle, from raw material processing to the manufacture of finished products.
The following production processes have been implemented at the enterprise:

  • refining and bottling of vegetable oil;
  • production and packaging of mayonnaise;
  • production and packaging of ketchup;
  • production and packaging of mustard, sauces, and seasonings;
  • production and packaging of dry seasonings;
  • production and packaging of marinades;
  • production and packaging of tomato paste.

Infrastructure and logistics 
The company has a well-developed engineering and transport infrastructure. It includes the company’s own logistics center with modern warehouse facilities and a railway siding, a high-voltage distribution substation, gas boiler houses, and water supply wells. For transportation logistics, the enterprise uses its own car fleet, railway sidings, tank cars, and refrigerator cars. Such infrastructure ensures autonomy and flexibility of production, storage, and delivery of products both in Kazakhstan and abroad.
