"Pizza" sauce
Tomato "Pizza" sauce is made of crushed tomatoes and Extra Virgin olive oil, as well as chopped vegetables, herbs and spices. The product is specially oriented for application in HoReCa segment. Free from GMOs. It is used for cooking pizza as base- sauce spread to the top of the dough. It is excellently soaked by the dough making pizza moist and tasty. It suits for cooking pasta, lasagna, cannelloni and Bolognese sauce, also it can be used as a sauce for steamed rice or vegetable stew.
